About IRIX Network
The IRIX Network was founded in early 2017 by Raion and Praetor as an alternative to the mainstream website for IRIX/SGI hobbyists at the time: Nekochan Net. Initially a few basic HTML pages and a phpBB forum, as Nekochan Net faltered in 2018, it quickly grew into the primary IRIX community.
Praetor left his position in mid-2019 permanently, but several of Nekochan Net's former staff and most active members stepped up to help Raion run the community.
The community is centered around the forum, which it is recommended to join at bare minimum.
